Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tassy Hospitality Solutions.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday’s or Public Holidays. We will contact you via phone to inform you of your delivery day and time slot once it is booked.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you need an urgent next day delivery, please call us on 1300 00 8283 to check the possibility. Note that an additional charge might apply for express shipping.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

At the moment, a flat rate of $180 will be applied for all deliveries for Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Currently, we only deliver in Victoria. More locations to be added soon.

 

Return Policy 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase when you order with us. But we understand there are circumstances that you would have to return our equipment. Incase you receive a damaged equipment from our end or due to the shipping process, we would bear the entire cost of replacing the faulty item. This includes removal of the faulty item from your premise and the re-delivery fee, if applicable. In this scenario, please take photos of your damaged or faulty equipment and write to us on info@tassyhospitalitysolutions.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the equipment. Faulty equipments will be replaced even after the 48 hours timeframe.

However, these products require to be delivered commercially that results in a high shipping fee. Therefore, incase you change your mind about the product and want to return it, you will have to bear the cost of shipping it back to our nearest warehouse location. You can return upto 30 days of the the date of purchase. Please ensure it is in a resalable condition and secured when being shipped for delivery.
